The neighborhood of Radcliffeborough began in the late 1700’s when Thomas Radcliffe purchased the property to use as his family farm. The original residences constructed during the colonial and Post-Revolutionary era were summer homes that were constructed by plantation owners. The neighborhood is a short walk from the Medical University of South Carolina as well as upper King Street. This neighborhood has a large population of College of Charleston and MUSC students. Some of Charleston’s best restaurants as well as shopping and nightlife spots, are just a short walk from your home.
